Care

Dry cleaning is recommended for all MELIMELI furniture. Velvet is sensitive to water, so avoid washing the fabric with a wet cloth. If liquid is spilled on velvet furniture, use a dry cloth to soak up the liquid. If the stain remains, a wet wipe can be used.

Shipping & Returns

Shipping cost

• Shipping cost for sofas and furniture is £59. Shipping cost for smaller items is £3.99. All UK customs and taxes are included. Shipping will be calculated for your order in checkout.

Delivery time

• Products such as blankets, pillowcases, and ceramics are normally shipped within 2-7 working days.
• Furniture that is in stock is shipped within 3-10 working days.
• Furniture made to order is shipped within 10-12 weeks.
  • Delivery times for furniture made to order may be longer during the holiday period due to vacation times at the factory.

Delivery and collection

• Deliveries will be arranged via our delivery partner Rhenus. Assembly and removal of packaging is included with all home deliveries.
• Be sure to measure door, hallways, stairs and other spaces that may limit accessibility during delivery. As a customer, you are responsible for the furniture you ordered being able to be delivered to the desired location. Returns due to limited space are not accepted.
• Please note that customers will be charged for the return shipping and possible new shipping costs in the event that you are not at home or for some other reason cannot receive your item at the agreed delivery time.

Assembly

• All furniture is generally delivered fully assembled in one piece (1 package). This does not apply to our modular sofas where each module is delivered separately.
• Our Luca 3-seater sofas are delivered with one armrest removed.

Right of withdrawal and return

• For accessories and rugs you have the right to return your item within 14 days of receiving your order.
• For sofas, armchairs, headboards, ottomans and upholstery, the right of withdrawal applies 14 days from the date the order was placed. This is due to each product being specially made for each customer.
• If the right of cancellation is used, the entire amount is refunded. Please note that if the item has already been sent out, the shipping cost will not be refunded.

• The item must be in unused condition and all tags must remain.

Refund

• Refunds are made when the return has been received and approved.
• When returning, the customer is responsible for the cost of the return shipping and are responsible for the condition of the item during shipping back.
