Luca has a stylish and timeless Scandinavian design with a bohemian touch, which makes it suitable for all types of homes. Luca is a large and spacious sofa that suits the whole family. Luca is available in two different depths, both with the same wonderful comfort.

Thanks to its removable cover, it is easy to clean or renew your Luca sofa. We offer separate covers for Luca in all our fabrics and colors. Choose from velvet, linen, chenille and bouclé to vary the feeling in the home – from soft and inviting to luxurious and elegant. Luca is handmade in Europe and comes in the highest quality fabrics.

MATERIAL COMPOSITION
Linen mix made from 28% cotton, 21% linen and 51% viscose. The seat cushions consist of a cold foam core wrapped with a mixture of cut polyether mixed with silicone ball fibre. This combination provides excellent comfort without the cushion collapsing.

Shipping & Returns

Shipping cost

Shipping cost for sofas and furniture is £59. Shipping cost for smaller items is £3.99. All UK customs and taxes are included. Shipping will be calculated for your order in checkout.

Delivery time

Products such as blankets, pillowcases, and ceramics are normally shipped within 2-7 working days.
Furniture that is in stock is shipped within 3-10 working days.
Furniture made to order is shipped within 10-12 weeks.
- Delivery times for furniture made to order may be longer during the holiday period due to vacation times at the factory.

Delivery and collection

Deliveries will be arranged via our delivery partner Rhenus. Assembly and removal of packaging is included with all home deliveries.
Be sure to measure door, hallways, stairs and other spaces that may limit accessibility during delivery. As a customer, you are responsible for the furniture you ordered being able to be delivered to the desired location. Returns due to limited space are not accepted.
Please note that customers will be charged for the return shipping and possible new shipping costs in the event that you are not at home or for some other reason cannot receive your item at the agreed delivery time.

Assembly

All furniture is generally delivered fully assembled in one piece (1 package). This does not apply to our modular sofas where each module is delivered separately.
Our Luca 3-seater sofas are delivered with one armrest removed.

Right of withdrawal and return

For accessories and rugs you have the right to return your item within 14 days of receiving your order.
For sofas, armchairs, headboards, ottomans and upholstery, the right of withdrawal applies 14 days from the date the order was placed. This is due to each product being specially made for each customer.
If the right of cancellation is used, the entire amount is refunded. Please note that if the item has already been sent out, the shipping cost will not be refunded.

The item must be in unused condition and all tags must remain.

Refund

Refunds are made when the return has been received and approved.
When returning, the customer is responsible for the cost of the return shipping and are responsible for the condition of the item during shipping back.
